- Resolution of Ahuna Building Matters
- Resolution and help to Thane Agiary Fund for resolving Patell building Matters
- Helping needy and deserving fellow community members thru grants and donations / assistance in the field of Eductaion, Medical, Family relief etc.
- Helping Thane Agiary Fund in recovering the encroached property taken by Shiv Sena office from the days on Late Shree Anand Dighe
